Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your BOOX device; however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team through the Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your BOOX device, stylus, and charging cables in the original box to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
